While A Family Estate Sale is in the business of making appraisals, our primary focus is estate sales.  We recommend using our services for the following reasons:

(1) Time - It typically takes two weeks or longer to organize a successful sale. 

(2) Pricing - As experienced professionals, we have the required knowledge to research and accurately price the items to be sold. 

(3) Equipment and Supplies - We have the necessary supplies such as tables, display cases, pricing guns and stickers, receipts, tax ID forms, cleaning supplies, cash register, reference manuals, etc. 

(4) Supervision - We are the on-site, full time sales staff.  A Family Estate Sale partners will be at each sale. 

(5) Accountability - A Family Estate Sale will provide the client with a complete accounting of the sale if requested and collect sales tax as required. 

We also assist with planning a move to a new home, arranging your furniture to fit your new surroundings and sell what you don't need.
